Sometimes all you need to force a shift is movement. Take that first step, small as it may seem, Sometimes thats all thats needed to begin that upward climb. Sometimes just making that decision that you are not going to stay stuck one more day. All those feelings of overwhelm can sometimes weaken just by taking that first step or by making some small change. If you are waking up the same way every day, try something different. Try to set one ONE small realistic goal today to spark some feelings of self achievement. Then no matter how small your victory....celebrate it. Any movement when youre feeling the weight of the world is huge. Even if its just getting out of bed today. Thats you fighting and considering how heavy youre feeling, I think thats really brave
