Sometimes, even when you think you are winning, you lose. In a moment of ???? , I still cannot pin it down that which prompted me to submit, I decided I would like to be (maybe, but unlikely), on screen with Anthony Hopkins, albeit in a background role. Me that is - not AH ! I was accepted by the casting company and was given five days on set. That was the beginning of my woes. Upset my agent because I was unable to attend three good auditions because of a possible conflict with call back dates. Thats not presumptuous, just good practise. Do not mess with the casting directors schedule if at all possible. That equally applies to the agents schedule/plans. Meanwhile, I had to turn down three roles offered me. (The last one via a phone call a couple of minutes ago!). All in all, my moment of given over to my whims has cost me dear. With all this, chances are Anthony Hopkins will not be on set all next week. As I said, even when I thought I was doing a good thing for moi, fate decided otherwise. Huh!
