Sometimes, for my friends in ACADEMIA, who teach at various business schools around the world, I volunteer to share my own experience in the world of business and the format also allows for a Q&A session with the class. All this is done through video conferencing set up. The content and the materials becomes the property of the school, and sometimes, my friends use the content to make money in their own way. All this is fine and understood. But when people decide to write a book as an author, and use all that material you freely gave away as their own proprietary content without your authorisation, and also go a bit further by sharing the other confidential ideas to a competitor then you do have the right to be annoyed for the betrayal and the obvious misuse of privilege you gave them or you could simply SMILE and say SOME PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS DO THE SILLY STUPID THING ....as my GRANDMA says a copy will never be the original and people who hold the copy always know that what they have, is a copy. So its a matter of individual choice really, you prefer to be a copy or would you rather be an original ? But the temptation of making millions at any cost is sometimes overwhelming for many people.
