Sometimes, i can go days, weeks even (if I am lucky), without having a bad day, but it always seems to get bad again. I don’t know why, but I think it is inevitable. Perhaps, it brings some balance into our lives. I am not sure. I guess what really matters though, is that you get back up, no matter how many times you fall. Dealing with things when they go wrong, is different for everyone. But be brave and be strong. And focus on what makes you happy, hold onto that little light no matter how much darkness is taking you over. Don’t dwell on what’s bothering you, but rather, think about all that is right. Surround yourself with pretty pictures and fill yourself with yummy treats and laughter and music, and yes: fill yourself with love
