Sometimes it IS about weight loss! Kenzie Frommholzs story goes a lil something like this.....55 pounds since February 19, 2013. Just one slim and 2 accelerator capsules a day. Minimal exercise (maybe once every 2-3 weeks) Cut out a lot of dairy... Except for the occasional yogurt in my smoothie or feta in my salad. Added more fish and only eat other animal proteins like 2-3 a week...(just found that diet to work better for me and didnt make me feel bloated and sluggish) Eat A TON of hummus, avocados, beans/legumes, and quinoa for other sources if protein. Ive had a love hate relationship with food and dieting since middle school- and after having my son I thought Id never have a slim figure again!! Thank Jesus for plexus!!!
