Sometimes it is good to remember. And get a huge laugh in the process. How could anyone not have known when I was a kid? I loved The Hollywood Squares and adored Paul Lynde. In many ways, the humor was better back then, because it was always with double-entendres. He was hilarious. If you want a really good laugh, watch him come out in drag as Narcissus in a Halloween version of the Squares (starting at 12:25). This clip does not have my favorite Paul Lynde response however: Peter Marshall: Paul, why do motorcylcists wear leather? Paul Lynde: Because chiffon wrinkles so easily.
