Sometimes it takes the troubles of others to put one’s own - TopicsExpress

Sometimes it takes the troubles of others to put one’s own problems into perspective. In one of those tabloid magazines at the grocery store (hey, it was a long line), I read the following from Bethenny Frankel regarding her failed marriage to Jason Hoppy: “He would pee and poop and leave it in the toilet.” That MONSTER! How Frankel was able to put on a brave face every day and go about her daily business after that, I will never know. I fervently hope that Lifetime or Oxygen will make a movie about her life, so that similarly abused women — and men — will realize they are not alone… and that there’s hope for a better tomorrow. I think “Floater: The Bethenny Frankel Story” would be inspirational and help folks like me realize just how lucky we are.
