Sometimes its good to remember where we came from. FACE - 1970, the band that kicked off Mark Williams career. Also set Willie Hona on a course to work with The Herbs and record solo stuff, plus hes still gigging in Aussie. Mack Tane is still gigging around town with Juice on the Loose and while Im riddled with arthritis in my hands, lower back and knees, I run what I would term a very successful drum tuition business in Franklin. Got to work with a heap of amazing NZ artists before that all happened. Interesting that we had to convince Mark to join. He didnt want to be part of a band. Had a big following around South Auckland and many of the schools & colleges. Only 1 record, a very badly produced single from Zodiac that died as quickly as it was made. Good days.
