Sometimes its the little victories!! I fixed the feckin shower :D Its been out for a few months so we have been having to get baths everyday. I have it on and off the wall, wired it back in God knows how many times, checked it was not wet yet no matter what it kept tripping out the RCD. Today I bought the same shower and put that in thinking it was a fault with it, new shower on and boom, tripped the feckin RCD again :< old shower put back up, new one back to the shop for a refund, good excuse made and got money back :P Still had no shower though :( did notice a sparky working on the house across the road so asked him for advice, said it could be the wiring and to check the ceiling pull switch, never thought of that, took it off and bingo, wiring blown, redid the wiring and we have the shower back. Cost of a new shower £0 Cost of a sparky £0 Me is a happy bunny :D
