Instead of donating to the usual cause, I decided after getting nominated that Id give my money to something I really wanted lo support and raise more awareness for; Good mental health and suicide prevention. Im donating to Pieta House and Id encourage anyone else interested to follow me. The death of Robin Williams got a lot people talking about mental health, particularly maintaining your silence in the face of your emotions.
