Sometimes, the Pittsburgh coffee community can be a mite, oh, - TopicsExpress

Sometimes, the Pittsburgh coffee community can be a mite, oh, territorial. One of our favorite things to do is celebrate good coffee, espresso and talented baristas in this fair city--even if it means a customer spreads their loyalty out amongst five different shops instead of focusing on us for all their coffee needs. We want Pittsburgh to be known for excellence in all things coffee, roasting, extraction and talent. In that vein, its a joy to remind you of different coffee companies and shops in town who have their own niche, personality, and make GREAT COFFEE. Unfortunately, a sustainable coffee business isnt based on quality, as much as quantity of drinks sold. There are a handful of independent shops in the city that need your support. Here is one of them: Commonplace Voluto. They are located on Penn Ave in Garfield, super close to the Pittsburgh Glass Center. Go, drink, and enjoy! Thanks, Yelp Pittsburgh for helping to promote some of the hidden gems in this city.
