Sometimes the hardest step to take towards changing your health & fitness is asking for help. I know for a fact that there are alot of people who want to make changes but dont or cant, perhaps because they are frightened of the unknown, perhaps they are time poor, perhaps they are embarassed of where they are or how theyve let themselves become. There is no shame ever in asking for help! Just like no question is a dumb question. Everyone needs a little help sometimes... the best thing you can do is take the first step, because its that one step that leads to you walking to a new journey of change. The fittest of the fittest have all had to start somewhere.. Its your journey, only you can change it. Do you need some guidance, would you like to introduce some routine exercise in your life? Do you need some help with knowing what foods the best choice for you? Being accountable to somebody can make a massive impact on your week.... 30 minutes of your week working with me.. as a team,of just you & I .. is maybe just what you need! I too am accountable to my trainer on a weekly basis.... why? because I know she is the only person that will and can guide me to where Im meant to be, i still need a little shove sometimes.
