Sometimes there just arent even words adequate to express the feelings, thoughts, and wondering of ones heart. You dont even know what to pray or how because you dont really even know whats going on. People close to you are acting strange and distant. Theres just that unsettled feeling. Thats when praying in the spirit is so very valuable. When we pray in the spirit, The Spirit Himself prays for and through us (1) in the will of God, (2) about what needs to be prayed about (that we dont even know), and (3) in the way it needs to be prayed - and thus (4) all things work together for the good. Its the best way I know of to Let go and let God. (26) Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. (27) Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is,because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God. (28) And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:26-28 NKJV)
