Sometimes things come to our awareness just so we can discuss it here. (In other words, for me to open my big mouth and see where we stand...LOL!) We believe than when you teach Reiki your job is to help each student to be the absolute best person they can be...not only the best Reiki practitioner they can be. That takes alot more time and input than just a Reiki class and a manual. Because when you are attuned to Reiki it naturally also brings you to the realization of your journey and who you are. As a Reiki Master/Teacher, in many ways you open those doors for your students, and morally and ethically you are bound to be there for them. NOT to hold them back hoping they will come back for another class, or to keep them tied to you. To help them grow...period. I may have just offended some by this post, but we have a responsibility to everyone who enters our world, and most especially to our students.
