Sometimes we are a day late and a dollar short on some opportunities, but this is the best pro-bono charitable Renaissance Fair in the country, I assure you of that. And our re-enactors and performers are always fantastic people who are so generous to give their time to make this event look and feel like a more authentic version of those two month fairs with permanent sites. Yeah, I said it! Harvest Faire is like Brigadoon - it appears over two days and disappears in two hours. Except Brigadoon does not put money in the coffers of a local charity each time it shows up - and we do this every single October (not once every 1000 years.) Invite someone to come and live a day or a weekend in another time.
