Sometimes we focus on what we look like to others too much, we think that because it says it on TV or in a magazine that this is how we are to look. Well all bodies are different. If you workout because you want to be healthy and fit for your family then you will succeed... If you are looking for that thigh gab or 6 pack only, you will not get it. Healthy Lifestyle is from the inside out and takes time to achieve. It is not a diet or a workout plan, it is your life. You plan to brush your teeth and shower everyday.... why not make eating right and movement part of that daily routine??
