Sometimes we get into a diet rut. If this is happening to you, its time to re-evaluate your food. Journal what youre eating daily. Add up those calories and make sure youre not eating too little per day. Most people who are trying to drop weight cut their calories too much and thus no change. The body doesnt like harsh changes. Also, if you know your caloric intake is good then look at what youre eating. For example, if you eat a protein bar at a meal change it to an actual non-processed food meal. Your body might just want real food versus the bar. Switch out one food at a time. It could be just the change you need. Always here to help. ;)
