Sometimes we need to take certain matters into our own hands. Whether it be an abandoned lot amongst a row of beautiful homes or maybe a swale of grass that seems to have been overlooked by the cities maintenance staff. Sailboat Bend has had one of these at the West Las Olas entrance into our neighborhood. Things are about to change with multiple upgrades to the landscaping and lighting with the opening of a new boutique. I want to thank The Chimney House for all of its efforts in helping beautify our neighborhood plus lets welcome and support Emily when she opens her space.
