Sometimes we think its the big things that measures a person character, Like how many missions trips theyve been on, or if theyre on stage, stuff like that. But really its the small things that would be easy to overlook that truly reveal the character of a person. Like what kind of jokes they laugh at (or tell), how they treat people who wrong them, do they tip the waiter, do they honor authority, movies, music, and magazines they enjoy, what kind of conversations do they gravitate towards, how they dress, do they pay their bills, how do they treat people who cant do anything for them, do they cover others faults or broadcast them, do they take time to love the unlovable, those are the types of little things that people think dont matter, but that really reveal the true nature of a person. We should be striving to honor God in every area of our lives. Not just the big parts. If the little parts arent in order then the lost will never take the big parts of our lives seriously. I want every little piece of my life to honor my King and point others to Him. For His sake, and for the lost world watching me.
