Sometimes when I see aggressive lifters in the gym I do get scared - TopicsExpress

Sometimes when I see aggressive lifters in the gym I do get scared and somewhat go seriously???? Grunting is really fine... Groaning is fine too... Shouting is arguable but somewhat acceptable in some cases. But being overly aggressive like cursing, swearing, kicking the bar after a failed lift or just screaming your heart out every rep kinda just leaves me mind blasted. Last I check - Benny Magnusson didnt even go all aggressive with a successful 461kg Deadlift... Zrydunas Savickas doesnt even shout while pressing 227kg overhead. He did grunt and celebrate after. Dan Green lifts like a Ninja and silently in all his lifts. So point that Im trying to put across is... Not to put anyone down, perhaps it your routine or how you psych yourself up. But if you choose to do it, do it in a competition on the lifting platform. Not at your gym. Unless if you are performing an official world or national record then maybe, just maybe it would appear to be acceptable. If not... do lift calm save the calories for lifting the weight. #liftcalm
