Sometimes when you need it most, life (and friends) come back to remind you of....you. I think of my first semester teaching. I think of trying to ignore the snide comments made by a few when I stumbled on a word or two. In other words, I think of my other students from that class like Adam and Stephonae....who I am honored to still keep in touch with to this day. I think of my last semester teaching, and wishing there were a camera/microphone to catch me and my magic. And who I eventually evolved into....defense semester be damned. Thanks, Jacob and Cat :)
