Sometimes you have to set your egos and pride aside. Especially if you are setting goals for yourself and trying to accomplish some things in life. There is nothing wrong with dealing with and working with someone you do not like. As long as you all have mutual respect for one another. Hell I find it refreshing to work with those I respect but dont like because I know that person is about their business and will handle it without pettiness getting in the way.
