Sometimes, you sit back and reflect about all the amazing things you have in your life, and wonder how you can be so lucky. As of today, I am a husband to a woman that is selfless and shows care and empathy to no end, a father to 3 (soon to be 4) talented, creative and unique individuals, a student lucky enough to have found success in my studies and renewed self confidence in my abilities to learn, and a band mate with a group of individuals that allow me to express the melodies that haunt my mind through every second of every day, lucky enough to have a label to help share said songs with whomever is willing to listen. And as of yesterday, an uncle thanks to my sister. Its a strange time in life, but a great one. Once in awhile I need to remind myself, Im not just lucky, Im fortunate enough to see a lot of hard work come to light.
