Sometimes, youve got to get back to that place when you first received Christ as your Savior, that place where NOTHING could separate you from the love of God and get back to what kept you pushing... It was 30yrs ago when I felt so alone. It was when my dad died of an overdose and I felt more alone than ever. I had no idea that I would ever feel that way, that deep again... UNTIL these last few days. BUUUUUUUUUUTTTTTTTTTTTTT, I dug into the Word of God, then tapped into the arsenal of songs that kept me pushing 30yrs ago. AND MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This song hit me where it hurt, where I needed it most.... GOD SAID HE WOULD NEVER LEAVE ME!!!!!!!!!!! HE MADE ME A PROMISE..... AND A FEW YEARS BACK, GOD TOLD ME THAT LIKE HEZEKIAH, HE ADDED YEARS TO MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!! WITH THAT BEING SAID.... I BETTER SING NEVER ALONE, I DONT HAVE TO WORRY CAUSE IM NEVER ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!! HE WALKS BESIDE ME, EVERYDAY!!!!!!!!!! HE GUIDES MY FOOTSTEPS, ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN,WILL I BE INSECURE ANY MORE!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM LOVING THE REVIVAL TAKING PLACE INSIDE OF ME!!!!!!!!!!!!
