We cant prosecute any body who has not done any unlawful activity in India until & unless there is any issue raised by any country through diplomats channel or any investigative agency. You can be right but we are in a democracy you cant create the actions of a dictatorship. We can quote law.. Similarly Pak Quote their law for 2611 So.. Law is too protect interest of nation and its Peace abiding citizens But law is not for to use as a Loop hole for the Terrorists to give shelter and protection.. Ur quote on law would have changed suddenly if he had killed ur brother in Iraq as reported 39 Indians r killed by ISIS. Why he is not charged with Murder of 39 Indian.. Kindy Tell.. He joined ISIS to kill Shias Yezidis etc Intentions Of joining Was to Kill. He might have Killed many... ISIS does not let anybody Go out for Fun.. Its like a quick sand... U can come in but cant go out.. He might have given his loyalty Test by cutting the throats of many people... Moreover,He has shown No remorse for its action..
