Song For Whoever Beware false poetry prophets, beware another cheek of the same arse. One nest of vipers is pretty much the same as another, they may hiss a different song, but the price is just the same, the game is just the same, the credentials of education of class, the tickets, just the same, the VIP lounge cordoned off, their recommendations, pave the way to the greasy pole, the curly finger beckons the few and the others will follow, acquiescent ,obsequious, effervescent in the hope of ascent via assent. A pinch of the power, a tap of the tails, psychos don’t inherit the earth, they take it.
