Soo... Ive made up my mind - nothing like some nature to clear my thinking - and decided Ive had enough searching and picked my landlord. - Having a good landlord is as important as a place where one lives and his apt is more than I need. I liked his 3 dogs too. Unless the universe decides my life does not resemble a Greek tragedy enough, well be signing the papers tomorrow. I still have plenty of pinot grigio from last night. You are all invited for a celebration.
