Soo..anyone have any good recommendations on a propane company theyve had that was decent? We switched to Amerigas (and prepaid for the propane mind you) a month ago or so and made an appt for them to come out and drop the new tank and fill it..theyve now canceled 3 times (4 if you include today) since the initial contact only to run out of propane last night (thank goodness Charlie was at my parents for the night) and have no heat in our house..Obviously that is upsetting all by itself but then to top it off, they fricken no showed today to fill it knowing we have NO HEAT AT ALL and an 18 month old child who was depending on them to be there so he could sleep in his own bed tonight and be warm! Thank goodness that we have family we can stay with but completely not the point nor do they know we have anywhere else to go..We even called last night when we finally ran out (theyve always known the percentage we had left and knew we were practically now running on fumes a month later) and were surprisingly calm on the basis that at least Charlie wasnt here and that they would be here in the morning to fill it no matter what! When we called after they no showed on their appt today, they told us sorry but well have to come tomorrow instead because were getting ready to close.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! Those of you who know me know that this was the worse thing you could possibly say at the moment..they better say their prayers tonight that I was around my child or I would have lost it! Anyways..just really dont want to give them my business anymore and need some ideas on who wouldnt dream of shrugging off a baby sleeping with no heat in Michigan tonight..
