Soon time to be on the road again in Sweden. Well, up in the air actually because it is a lot easier! On Friday I will be joining my friends at Ronneby again for my third visit to the local whisky club. These people obviously dont know how to stop suffering! The jokes will be as bad as ever, but hopefully the whiskies will help to make the evening less painful. Next day I am off to Trollhättan across the other side of Sweden. I though it would be simple to get there by train from Ronneby but it isnt. Got to fly back to Stockholm Bromma and then take another flight to Göteborg-Landvetter, whence I will be off by car to Trollhattäan. clydesdale.se/index.php?page=events_show&event_id=160 The event is in association with the Swedish Westcoast Whisky Association. There will be a special dinner after the fair for club members. The bad news is that I will be a guest at that dinner. The really, really bad news is that Hasse Nilsson will also be joining the dinner party. This means that the poor dinner guests will not only get a bad attempt at British humour - they will have to suffer an equally bad attempt at Swedish humour. The dinner will also feature Blackadder Box-ing match! The gloves will be off. :)
