Soon we will have a chance for you guys, the patients, to give a FM staff member a way to go award! In the near future I / FM would like to offer the patients an easy way to point out a staff member that goes beyond for a patient. One that does a great job. U know just deserves a pat on the back. It means a lot to all of us when we hear what we do good 4 u guys. What I would love for you guys to do is to take part in choosing a FM staff member that warrants some little recognition. This excludes providers and management. Often, the guys and gals that run this clinic get very little recognition for all they do! So in the near future be looking out for our little staff member recognition program we will be starting. If anyone besides a member of management or the providers does something special for you, please take a few minutes and let us know. Every couple of weeks we will pick the person with the most positive comments for a small reward. Amy is working out the details but it will be something simple like writing down a name and a brief comment on what the staff member did that made u happy. We will have a box so u can put your comments. The staff members will be given the comments to see. Please use this only for positive comments. I would greatly appreciate you guys participating in this. I want the staff members that work so hard to know they are appreciated. This little program will be coming soon so please watch out for it!
