Sooo... God is doing a major work in my life. For those of you who are close to me, you know that I like to act like Im so hard and not have emotions or ever open up. Well, in class today, I shared about how the parole hearing didnt go my way and how much it hurt me. I shared that it mostly made me hate myself and feel like every change that Ive made with my life has gone unnoticed and been for nothing. The facilitator encouraged me saying that the changes are apparent and I have come a long way. She told me that despite how I was treated that day that there are still lots of people who believe in me and that Im going to be fine. That was really cool. I gotta give love to all the peeps in my life who still have my back and are helping me break out of my little shell. Thank you.
