Sooo... I nearly BURNT DOWN the people hotel yesterday. Look it. I was cleaning up the fryer and forgot to turn off zee gas, continuous big flames rushed up from the wells causing chaos in the kitchen. I was so shocked that I just stood near the flames and blanked out whilst the many around me panicked; responsible chefs then acted quickly with salt, vinegar and lime juice to clam down the flame and prevent the system from going which would result in a 3 day shutdown for clean up. Could have been much more serious. Ofcourse after everything quelled down... the jokes became to come in....the blank islander loool, the fryer terrorist, the invincible fryer man, the flame warrior. >_< Nonetheless on tht same day I had created another one of my culinary creations for the chefs, which they loved so much that they decided to feature it at a VIP session today. Maybe I was too happy that it passed my mind to turn off gas before draining out fryer lol. At any rate have a good day everyone! :D
