Sooo apparently my new world literature teacher is a devout Catholic, which is fine. But today in class she talked about it a little and said we were going to look at the Bible from a literature standpoint, which is also fine. THEN she said that we will start discussing, Were these people really real? and what not. Okay, THAT has NOTHING to do with literature. I can respect someone elses religion until they start telling me mine is wrong... AND she went on to say that if we dont like it then theres a nice little school in Searcy, Arkansas that will appreciate the opinions of a Baptist or Church of Christ individual. Haha this semester might be a little rough for me. I suppose that as long as no one asks me to write God is dead on a piece of paper I can keep my mouth shut. Maybe. HAHA!
