Sooo not happy! So my friend Dawn Robinson takes my oldest son Gauge to the vet for me while I am at work. Bill came to $185 and some change. His annual checkup, rabies shot, heartworm test etc., etc., and lo and behold, the youngster who will be 4 yrs old on Aug 20th had been predetermined to have arthritis! Not only that, but he had to be treated for tapeworms! Fleas cause this and I spend $26 for EACH of my kids to have a topical med which GUARDS against fleas, parasites, and heartworms! The flea has to bite them and dies immediately, however...this med Advantage Multi that I have used for years is SUPPOSED to guard against all parasites! Not sure if vet is gouging me or not, but here is what I know! Come Saturday when I take Gun and Griff in to be weighed, we are gonna HAVE it!! Nottttttt happppy!!!
