Sooo our day started off great. Took the boys to clippard park for some fun on scooters. Didnt feel like arguing so I did not make the boys wear helmets. Which resulted in Brody falling on the concrete face first, knocking himself unconscious! After the horrifying ordeal, the ambulance ride to childrens and the dreaded question, did he have a helmet on I had to answer ,NO. Please make your kids wear helmets. We were very fortunate today that all Brody walked away with was a puffy lip and some road rash. It could have been so much worse! Thank you so much to Mrs. Mike Burke who helped my boys keep it together and take over so I could be with Brody!
