Soooo I created a calendar via snapfish.co.uk as I have done so many times before... Tried to order it in time for Christmas and it just kept giving me error messages saying there was a technical issue with the website and I have not been charged.... This went on for 4 days. I had live chats with customer service, deleted cookies, tried three different browsers ... Nothing...! I check my email and to my horror Hewlett Packard had taken the payment everytime and there is over £1000 pending to leave my account so I do not have access to it... I contact customer services to be told I have to just wait a few days whilst they escalate the problem to accounts and then a few days to see if PayPal takes it... So three days before Christmas when I need the money most and for work purposes I dont have access to my own money because they are stupid, ridiculous and unhelpful idiots! And to top it all they inform me not one order has gone through and its too late to order for Christmas delivery and I am still getting emails to rub it in that I have things in my shopping cart... So apologies people - no family and friends calendar as I refuse to use them and dont have time to order for delivery now. Snapfish = knobbers - so not use!
