Soooo.... I found out Yesterday that the Government wants to buy my house back They want to send me a Check for $27,894.00 in order for me to find myself a new house in return,Do I keep my present house that I have been in for 16 and a half years? or choose a newer one,I live in a growing soon to be populated community and do not know how much my home will be worth in the next 3 years,It could go in any direction Sooo....I guess do I take the Money or sit on it ??? Cash would be outright mine to decide on what to do. Any helpful comments would be appreciated
