Soooo, I took some photos for the Staffordshire Bullterrier NSW Society Big Day Out last Sunday, (free of charge)..... about mid way through the day i had a camera malfunction and i needed to borrow a camera from the president to finish the day. At the end of the day i asked to take the memory card to edit and return all images to the President, I was very rudely told i wasnt taking the card, that she needed to upload the images that day...I tried to explain that no images were perfect straight off the camera, that i wouldnt like them to be shared on social media without some finishing touches, that it was my reputation, my copyright, etc.I was happy to get a few images edited and returned that night, but was still refused the memory card. Instead told i could take the images from facebook and even sell them if i wanted HAHAHA.... I was refused that card and my images were uploaded...I do have the other half of the days images but have decided not to pass them on to the Society. I am sure some people will hear some gossip about this so i thought Id clear it up before hand.... Id also like to apologize to anyone who was waiting for my images to be uploaded from the day, this isnt the outcome i hoped for, but i feel it was both unprofessional, and unfair for my images to be taken and used without my permission. If there is anyone who would like me to check for a specific photo please inbox me.
