Soooo...asking the landlord for repairs in writing got me exactly where I assumed it would. Just now a man taped a 30 Day Vacate Notice to my front door. Thankfully I already have an appointment set with Code Enforcement for Monday. And on top of that I received a 6 PAGE note on my front door this morning from the landlord complete with name calling, insults and a list of reasons why the repairs needed in my apartment were all my fault (the leaking refrigerator and subsequent floor damage, leaking kitchen sink faucet, leaking bathtub faucets, and malfunctioning stove etc etc etc). I do believe written insults/name calling are a form of harrassement arent they?
