Soooo here we are in the wilds of Colarado. It hasnt stopped snowing for 36 hours. The main road we drove in on has been closed due to snow. Aint that quaint. In dear old Blighty they would have bravely kept it open allowing people to spend the night in their cars. Breckenridge is very American. I would say nobody walks here - they all drive- but with two feet of snow on the sidewalks we were the ones feeling a bit silly as we staggered into town for a bite to eat at the Breckenridge Brewery (ten different ales breed in house). Id like to say the skiing is amazing but its so deep and powdery we havent done a lot. Visibility not brilliant but after the next 24 hours and another foot or so it should be awesome as the locals say. Not too cold. Today will be a snow bike day. Yippee! Meriel Forbes is behaving herself but its early days. Still time lagged.
