Soooo if u are in ministry and you are not operating in your gifting then. U are ineffective. Yes God will equip u In your lack. but you need to know he is equipping u for the things he has call u to do. For ex. If u are in a choir you not singing out , not trying to learn the right note,dont want to clap, tone deaf etc....That ant your calling! u just holding up space .Sat down ! You are a greeter / usher you smacking your lips leaning on the doors talking crazy to the guest Sit close to the front and dont move the rope What !!!! I dont know yall i need to be near the exit case something jump off ! We exist to glorify God !! If u are not exercising your gift or growing in your gift you are just wasting time and making a spectacle of yourself !!! Get it together find your spiritual gift(s) and Do something wit it!
