Soooo, im kinda down with my back today, and the girls were upstairs eating watching frozen. I noticed after a bit that it was a little too quiet.......hmmmm, as i get closer to the stairs i can smell about 3 different perfume smells, one of which is my not so cheap, Prada perfume, so i do the motherly stealth climb up the stairs, not a sound.....as i get closer to the top i hear them and am determining which direction their sweet little voices are coming from, still i dont make a sound so that i may catch them in the act....oh yeah they are in my bathroom...as i quietly approach the door i can hear them speaking to their client Jazz.....oh no, i gather myself, wipe the smile from my face and put on my most fierce mommy angry look and YANK open the door and the sights, sounds and smells that hit me, nearly drop me to my knees, partly because they are both practically dripping in perfume, my fave of course and partly because my counter top is lined with an assortment of products, both women AND MEN , products. My poor Jazz is locked in the shower, no water running but it is apparent he has had a bit of a bath. After the initial, what the heck are you two up to, and trying not to cry at the shocked and scared faces of my busted children, i see this white product in both their hair, hmmmm this could be fun i think...i was informed by the two guilty suspects that they styled and moused their hair, i slowly create a look of worry as i pick up a can off the counter, i look at them slowly and say, tell me this is not the mouse you used as they both shake their heads, yes momma it is, hmmm i said, you do know this is NOT mouse? It is your dads medicine, it is called ROGAINE, for balding, i read the can and to their horror i tell them if used on boys it helps grow hair, if used by girls they will lose hair....so about now they are pretty worried about the consequences of what they have done....maybe another 30 minutes or so and ill check to see if its happened yet and relieve them of their worry....AHH THE JOYS OF BEING THE MOM! LMAO
