Sooooo I had a few requests to post the items that I collect that helps us raise money. In addition to raising money for Humane Society of Rome, Ill also be using these items to help raise money for Purrs and Whiskers to cover expenses of TNRing---fixing/shots/other medical care and of course, food/litter costs! So here goes: I am collectin: * wine corks, BOTH synthetic and real cork * paper towel/toilet paper rolls (in good shape) * ESPECIALLY Purina Weight circles (cat/dog/kitten/puppy chow, Kit n Kaboodle, purina one, purina pro plan and all prescription blends--note NOT the upc symbols, but the ROUND weight circle usually found in the upper right hand edge of the bag) * soda, beer, energy drink pull tabs of ANY kind....cat food, soup, dog food , tuna pull tabs!! We use them all. Particularly valuable are the monster energy drink tabs and ANY colored pull tab. * BTFE, LFE I know I know these are for schools, BUT if yours will end up in a landfill they are VALUABLE to us AND the schools--we split the value of them and its a win-win for schools and us---we both raise a bit of funds and your LFE and BTFE dont end up in a landfill somewhere!
