Sooooo... Kmart have given due to a mix up with some photos printed my mobile number and near naked photos of Sebastian to some random person. I have huge concerns with this as not only has this unknown random person got sensitive photos of my son but also got my private mobile number! Kmart have been less then helpful when contacted regarding this but have accepted they have done the wrong thing and want to compensate me however if I take compensation then I would not be able to seek damages later if something untoward happened with the images. So basically Kmart can get away with giving my private number and sensitive near naked photos of my son to someone I dont know and nothing I can do about it! Really stressed out about this!!!! How can something like this happen ffs!
