Sooooo LaRene Jennings June Oken and Angela Rivera I believe you were the ladys in regards to Day 1, 2 and 3 post......As you all know I have changed my diet a TON and had a large weight loss, and added the drink cleanse in to help......in doing so, things still were not 100% with my digestive system.......I was fed up and decided I would fast, only drinking water to start clean and find out just what the F*** was going on! And so it was........HFCS, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup, corn Syrup Soilds or cornsugar! However its labeled, it NOT for me, I found a list on the internet of products with NO High Fructose Corn Syrup and yesterday when I went to eat I only eat those products! And BAM, no issues, I waited until today to eat again before I posted and BAM again, no issues! I cannot tell you the misery this has caused and Im SUPER EXCITED (if this continues) to find the issue and fix it for good! Monday, back to the drink, however I will be cutting the fruit portion wayyyyy down.......because believe it or not, alot of fresh fruit has high fructose in it! If anyone would like the information, I have it! Wooohoooo sooooo here it is June........HURRAH!!!!!!
