Sooooo My family and I have been staying at the Baecthel creek inn behind Taco Bell in a Willits ca for YEARS and honestly thought it to be the best hotel in town. We rented a room last Friday night and little did we know, we wake up to find BEDBUGS crawling ALL OVER us and our children! We talk to the manager and he assured us that this has never happened there before and that they with take care of it right away. He told us in detail how to clean our things and what bedbugs do, look like, everything. He seamed to know a lot on the subject. I am seriously sickened! I have NEVER seen a bed bug let alone woke up with them ALL OVER ME OR MY CHILDREN! Mike the manager said that he refunded our credit card and that he was so sorry. I was appealed at how many and the size and variations of stages of the bugs! They ranged from the size of a louse up the the size of a small fly! I did research and come to find out that it takes 4 weeks to 5 months for the bugs to fully mature! I am seriously so traumatized by this.... Worst part about it is that when we called in the next day to talk to someone about it, there was NOTHING in the computer about it! The other staff had NO IDEA!!? What the heck!? So they are STILL renting that room!? DISGUSTING!! I took many videos and pictures. Here is one for anyone to see that I really did witness this with my own eyes and I am still horrified. Please do not take your chances by renting a room here. I feel bad for all the unsuspecting people who are just looking for a nice motel room for the night and end up horrified and disgusted in ways you cant imagine!! I do not know what I can do about this besides try to warn other! Please share
