Sooooo, Today was supposed to be my Rest Day. But, since I got my PiYo slides & Strength workouts in (The upgrade kit), I decide to see what this Full Body Blast was all about. OMG! Dont let my smooth technique fool you (Lol), it wasnt easy. Ok, imagine doing pikes, lunges, mountain climbers, push-ups, and all the rest WITHOUT, ever lifting your feet or hands off the ground... Yeah, I know right! Youre literally pushing and pulling all the weight of your lower or upper body through the entire workout. Thights, booty, arms, shoulders, back, abs... I worked all that!!! And I loved it. Who else is doing the Strength schedule? ?????? If youre doing PiYo, dont be scared!!! Try it! Its hard, yes. But you can follow the modifier! And, its a whole lotta fun!!! #PiYo
