Sooooo excited to be holding my Challenge Group at Bryans Fitness Inferno on Saturday January 3rd at noon to help Vi set a World Record for Worlds Largest Simultaneous Group Workout. It will be a FREE workout for you to come check out Bryan s new location AND for every person that participates, 30 shake meals will be donated to our local Charity partner to help kids struggling with obesity or needing the nutrition! Our goal is 100 people in attendance....3000 shake meals donated! Are YOU Up for The Challenge and to help kids???
