Sooooo, if youre gonna call and complain that there was a hair in your food, make sure you 1. know what day/time you had the meal, 2. remember what the meal was, 3. be able to describe the problem (i.e. blond, curly, brunette, straight, etc.), 4. remember whether you paid cash or credit card, and last but certainly not least 5. call the correct restaurant. Because Im going to ask you all those things, and when you get super huffy at me and then realize you called the wrong place, I will hunt you down. With my ninja sword.
