Sooooo last week a company was suppose to come to the house to redo the driveway & finally fix our steps for the home rental company. The showed up today at 7am, a week later! While using the jack hammer to take out the outside front stairs a huge piece was allowed to fall into the well pit that is below the stairs. Hits an electrical conduit and a water pipe! They couldnt turn off water for about five minuets. The basement carpet, drywall, and the side wall are wet. Needless to say I called the home rental company, and am waiting for them to call back. This should be fun. Ugh!
